Refunds/Faulty Items/Returns
Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know the status of your refund.
If you are being refunded, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5 business days. All refunds exclude shipping costs.
Sale/clearance/demonstration/display items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items listed as sale, clearance, demonstration or display are sold ‘as-is’ and cannot be refunded. Display or demonstration items that develop a fault within 1 month of purchase will be refunded for the purchase price excluding shippng.
Faulty or defective items
If the product you have purchased is faulty or has been damaged during shipping, please contact us at tim@elv.co.nz we will arrange for return shipping and replacement or refund. Faulty or defective items are only eligable for return within 6 months of purchase.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us via tim@elv.co.nz or original order email correspondence. We will provide a return shipping tracking number and address. Return shipping is at your expense, unless it is for a faulty product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
